2. Who Can Post a Job
Job postings are open to the following:
- Registered companies and businesses operating in Bangladesh
- Recruitment agencies holding a valid licence
- Individual employers looking for domestic, labour, or service-based workers
- Overseas recruitment agents authorised under Bangladesh law
You must create a verified account before posting. Posting as a guest is not allowed.
3. Employer Responsibilities
As an employer or recruiter posting on BDAdPost.com, you confirm and agree to the following:
- All information in your job post is accurate, honest, and up to date.
- You are a genuine employer or authorised representative of the company.
- The job vacancy you are posting actually exists and is currently open.
- You will not ask job seekers for any money, fee, or financial deposit at any stage of the hiring process.
- You will conduct all hiring activities in line with the laws of Bangladesh.
- You will not discriminate against applicants based on religion, gender, ethnicity, or disability unless the role legally requires it.
- You will respond to applicants in a timely and respectful manner.
- You will remove or update your post once the vacancy is filled.
4. Prohibited Content
The following types of posts are strictly not allowed on BDAdPost.com:
- Fake or fraudulent job offers
- Jobs that require upfront payment or deposit from the applicant
- Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, or commission-only jobs with no base pay
- Illegal or unlicensed overseas recruitment offers
- Posts containing misleading salary or benefits information
- Content that is offensive, abusive, or discriminatory
- Duplicate posts for the same vacancy
- Posts advertising products or services instead of actual jobs
BDAdPost.com reserves the right to remove any post that violates these rules without prior notice and without any refund if a paid plan was used.
5. Overseas Job Postings
Overseas job posts must only be submitted by agencies or individuals who hold a valid Bangladesh Overseas Employment and Services Limited (BOESL) licence or are authorised by the Bureau of Manpower, Employment and Training (BMET).
Any overseas post found to be unlicensed or fraudulent will be removed immediately and may be reported to the relevant government authority.
6. Payment and Subscription
Currently, job posting on BDAdPost.com is free for all users. If paid plans or premium features are introduced in the future, the following will apply:
- Paid plans will be clearly listed with their pricing before purchase
- All payments are final and non-refundable once a post has been published
- Subscription plans will auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- BDAdPost.com reserves the right to change pricing at any time with prior notice
7. Account and Security
You are responsible for keeping your account login details safe. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us immediately.
8. Content Ownership
By submitting a job post or any content on BDAdPost.com, you give us permission to display, share, and promote that content on our platform and through our social media channels. You still own your content, but you allow us to use it for the purpose of running this platform.
9. Disclaimer of Liability
BDAdPost.com is an advertising platform only. We do not take part in any hiring process, interview, or agreement between an employer and a job seeker. Therefore:
- We are not responsible for any financial loss, fraud, or dispute that arises from a job listing on our platform
- We do not verify the identity, credentials, or legal status of employers or recruiters
- We are not liable if a job offer turns out to be fake or misleading
- Job seekers use this platform at their own risk and are advised to do their own background checks
We strongly advise all users to never pay money to any employer or recruiter without proper verification.
10. Reporting a Suspicious Post
If you come across a job post that looks fake, suspicious, or violates these terms, please report it to us immediately using the Report button on the post page or by contacting our support team. We will review and take action within 48 hours.
